The most striking feature of this project on Marmara Island was its magnificent view in the most beautiful part of the island. While designing the boutique apartment building with four apartments, we paid great attention to the correct positioning so that each apartment has equal view and light sharing. In this project, where we worked on two different apartment types, we tried to create interiors suitable for the sincere and energetic character of the island people. Unlike the project discipline we are used to, designing apartments that have not yet met their owners was an exciting process as well as an unknown process.
At the end of the project, the apartments met their new owners in a short time and received great appreciation. It was a different and valuable experience for us as well.
We received design and implementation services from Monotone Architecture for the boutique apartment building we built on Marmara Island and we were extremely satisfied. Although it is a residential block with few apartments, they developed a plan that allows each apartment to have a sea view. The interiors of the apartments were designed with up-to-date and aesthetic materials suitable for the character of the island. We are very satisfied with their service.
