Located in Yalikavak, one of the most beautiful places in Bodrum, this project is the transformation story of a garden duplex apartment. In this project, which bears traces of local architectural approaches and where all needs are meticulously solved, we have achieved good results by making radical
interventions in order to provide the right access to light and ease of use. The house was planned to accommodate two families at the same time.
The design of the common areas, such as the kitchen and living room, was satisfactory in terms of comfort and aesthetics as well as meeting the needs. In addition to all this, it is most enjoyable to enjoy the unique sea view over Yalikavak Marina while preparing your dinner in the evening…
Endless thanks to Mr. Erkal and Mrs. Nazlı! We consulted them for the complete renovation of the new sales house in Bodrum. After a few meetings, we were given a very nice presentation.
