Elia is a fine dining restaurant chain created with the vision of bringing the flavors and energy of the Aegean across the ocean. We had the opportunity to design its San Carlos branch. Designing a new branch of a chain restaurant requires preserving the existing brand character while introducing new touches, making the project both challenging and exciting.
In this project, we completed the design with creative and warm details without disrupting the restaurant\u2019s overall concept. Guests at Elia San Carlos not only experience the exquisite taste of Aegean cuisine but also feel the warm and inviting atmosphere of the Greek islands. This ambiance, felt in every corner of the space, creates a welcoming and memorable dining environment.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
