As with many of our residential projects, the friendships we form with families continue long after the work is complete. This family is no exception. Sharing similar lifestyles and perspectives, we completed this duplex residence with mutual harmony and understanding, in two phases.
In the second phase, we combined the downstairs living room and kitchen to create a warm and inviting family space. Supported by modular furniture, the design maximized usable space while incorporating fixed architectural elements like the staircase into the overall harmony. This phase also included the reorganization of other functional areas such as the guest bathroom and laundry room.
