The friendships we establish with the families we work with, especially in housing designs, continue after work. This family is one of them. Thanks to the similarity of our lifestyles and perspectives on life, we worked in two phases in this duplex residence, which is one of the projects we completed in mutual understanding and harmony.
In the second phase, we combined the living room and kitchen on the lower floor to provide the family with an intimate living space. While this design, supported by modular furniture, maximizes the usage area with the flexibility it provides, we also included fixed building elements such as stairs in the design and ensured that they work in harmony. The arrangement of areas such as the guest bathroom and laundry room on the same floor was also carried out in this phase.
As we take a break from our business relationship to meet in a new house and a new project, we continue to maintain our friendship.
After we met Monotone Architecture, we asked for help to change the interior architecture of our contractor-built house. It was a magnificent and exactly the design we wanted, we are very pleased. Everything is solid and very good, especially all the details made of wood continue to serve us in a very high quality way.
